Metal Blanks

Stamp, drill, pierce, engrave, etch, enamel, attach settings, stones, or decorative pieces. There are so many different possibilities for your creativity with these metal blanks for jewelry making. Use these shapes to make pendants, charms and other jewelry components! The majority of our metal blanks come in packs of multiples, allowing you to get the most out of your purchase.

Aluminum

Cool Tools carries aluminum sheet in various gauges that comes in 6”strips. Use aluminum sheet metal to make and form your own jewelry designs. Combine sheet metals with other popular mediums like metal clay, various wire, findings and more. Our strips come in widths of 3/8", 1" and 1-1/2".

Brass

Choose from oxidized antique brass and raw brass blanks. Our selection can be co-fired with COPPRclay and BRONZclay. Raw brass blanks can be enameled also. Other stampings include ones that have been stamped using an original vintage die and press in use since 1904. We provide you with simple instructions for creating an antique oxidized patina on these.

Copper

This selection includes oxidized antique copper blanks and oxygen and phosphorous free blanks. Oxygen free copper is considered a better choice for enameling over standard copper. The metal is heated and fabricated in an oxygen-free atmosphere to avoid introducing oxygen into the final product. This allows for less oxidation during enamel firing, and therefore less firescale to deal with. All of our copper blanks can be stamped and co-fired with COPPRclay and BRONZclay. Oxygen and phosphorous free blanks can also be enameled.

Gold

Our top quality gold blanks are a cast pewter component with a bright gold finish. They can be stamped and co-fired with metal clay.

Gunmetal

These gunmetal blanks are top quality and a cast pewter component with a gunmetal finish. They can be stamped and co-fired with metal clay.

Silver

The selection of silver blanks includes nickel blanks, oxidized antique silver blanks, silver plate blanks and sterling silver blanks. All can be stamped and co-fired with metal clay. Sterling Silver and Nickel blanks can also be enameled.
